11. SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name: Heroics Home Messaging Service
Program Description: Users opting in may receive messages related to account notifications, service alerts, support updates, and promotional communications.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our shortcode. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary.
